Welsh Athletics host a two-part indoor track and field championship for regons in Wales as well as South West England in December and January each year.
Medals are awarded to the first three athletes in each event by region.

Entry Age: open to U13, U15 and U17 athletes only

U13B: 60m, 60m Hurdles, 800m, 1500m, Long Jump, 600m Walk.
U13G: 60m, 60m Hurdles, 800m, 1500m, Shot Put, 600m Walk.
U15B: 60m, 60m Hurdles, 800m, 1500m, Pole Vault, Long Jump, 600m Walk.
U15G: 60m, 60m Hurdles, 800m, 1500m, Pole Vault, Shot Put, 600m Walk.
U17M: 60m, 60m Hurdles, 800m, 1500m, Pole Vault, Long Jump, 600m Walk.
U17W: 60m, 60m Hurdles, 800m, 1500m, Pole Vault, Long Jump, Shot Put, 600m Walk.
AMB: 60m – LJ, SP & Seated Shot, Ambulant para athletes only.
